Refund policy

All sales are final.

Our products are digital downloads (PDF guides). They are delivered immediately after payment, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

Before you complete your purchase, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you give up your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started. For this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your download does not arrive, the file will not open, or the product is not as described, email us at kevinhexeberg@gmail.com and we will fix it or make it right.
